Kelly Pools is the premier swimming pool construction leader for the Pinellas County beaches & surrounding areas. With more than 35 years of experience, our family-run business is known for providing a customized, full-service experience for clients. In order to always deliver on our customer-first approach, we limit the number of jobs in production at any one time, ensuring we provide exceptional service during three key project phases.

Planning – During the planning phase, we thoroughly educate potential clients on size options, equipment features, site condition requirements and all project details before buying our product.

Design – We provide extensive & personalized design assistance for all buyers and respect their decision-making process with no rush to make hasty design decisions.

Construction – We spend significant time supervising our job sites with our crews and owners with supreme attention to detail that results in a finished product that meets (and exceeds!) expectations.

Kelly Pools belonged to Florida’s commercial pool trade organization, United Pool and Spa Association (UPSA) from 1987 until 2017, when it merged with the Florida Swimming Pool Association (FSPA). They are currently a member of the West Coast chapter of FSPA.
Leadership
Chris Arnold
Chris Arnold has worked in the Florida swimming pool industry for 40 years, joining Kelly Pools in 1989 and now leading the company as President/Owner. He has extensive experience with pool tile manufacturing, swimming pool distribution, and residential and commercial pool construction. He was licensed as a Florida Commercial Pool Contractor in 2000 and a Practical Exam Administrator for swimming pool sub-contractor candidates in 2007. Chris served on the Board of Directors of United Pool and Spa Association (UPSA) prior to its merger with FSPA in 2017.

As President of Kelly Pools, Chris ensures every project is led with expertise and executed with a customer-first approach, a hallmark of the family-run company founded by Mike Kelly in 1987. Chris lives in Indian Shores where he resides with his wife, Karen.

Brian McGee
Brian McGee is a Project Manager with more than 25 years of experience in construction management.
Throughout his career, he has overseen a wide range of projects and previously owned and operated
multiple mechanical companies, giving him a strong understanding of both the technical and business
sides of the industry. Known for his practical approach and ability to work well with teams and clients,
Brian focuses on keeping projects organized and running smoothly from start to finish. Brian lives in
Indian Shores with his wife, Kim.
