Kelly Pools works with lawyers and legal professionals to offer industry expert consulting and witness testimony for lawsuits involving swimming pools. This includes, but is not limited to, meeting with clients, investigating pool conditions & issues, written evaluations, and providing expert testimony in trial proceedings.

About Mike Kelly
Mike Kelly has worked in the swimming pool industry in Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties since 1972. He was employed by National Pool Builders of Largo until 1987 when he and his wife, Sandy, started Kelly Pools, Inc.
On the state government level, Mike is currently serving as a voting member of the Public Swimming and Bathing Facilities Advisory Review Board, also known as the Governor’s Advisory Board, having been appointed to the position in 2014 by Florida Governor Rick Scott.
At the county government level, Mike currently serves as the pool industry representative and Vice Chairman of the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board (PCCLB).
